FINER THREAD DRILL PIPE is used for geological prospecting,water well drilling,water well drilling project,etc.
The finer thread drill pipe is a kind of drilling tool connected to lock joint, which is used to transmit torque of drill rig to the drill bit in bottom and transmit drilling fluid. The rod material is selected from Shanghai Bao-steel STM-R780(42MnMo7),which is not easy to be bent or broken, and the performance is stable and reliable. The rod end is heated by medium frequency, hydraulically upsetting, and 12 hours of buried tempering to ensure the compactness of the drill pipe and improve the mechanical performance. All of them are made of precision imported CNC lathes, and threaded by customized forming cutter, which ensures the tightness of the connection with the tool joint.
